Many women are trapped in a world of hopelessness, held captive by drug and alcohol addictions, stuck in negative lifestyles resulting in cycles of self-destruction. Mary’s Song offers women an opportunity to permanently change their lives. While living at Mary’s Song, women live a disciplined lifestyle according to Christian principles. Living in a homelike environment with counseling, bible studies, and daily devotions the women are empowered to make permanent life changes.
Our Vision
Mary’s Song is a faith based, drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility located in Metairie, Louisiana that offers women an opportunity to be permanently transformed through the Power of Gospel.
Since 2008, we have seen countless lives restored and made whole through the love of Jesus Christ. Our program focuses on restoring the whole woman mind, body, and spirit.
Our main facility houses up to 12 women. We also have an additional home that houses 4 women as they gain employment in preparation to move into our transitional housing located in River Ridge. This property consists of 8 two-bedroom apartments.
We are financially supported by free will offerings made by individuals and businesses throughout the community. Our entrance fee is $1,200.00, however, we do not turn people away based on a lack of finances. Applicants are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Each woman is welcomed into our program as family. Over the years, countless women have made life-long friendships as they have found their true purpose in Christ.
The Power Of God
Mary’s Song is a faith based, drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility located in Metairie, Louisiana that offers women an opportunity to be permanently transformed through the Power of Gospel.
Our program serves women ages 18 to 55 that struggle with substance abuse, alcohol addiction, and other life controlling issues. The duration of our program ranges from 6 to 15 months.
We provide a multi-faceted alternative to standard drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs. We evaluate the need of each individual woman and design a personal treatment plan geared toward achieving both immediate and long-term goals of mental, physical, and spiritual well-being and freedom from addictive behavior. We are not detox facility.
