Finding Joy in Addiction by Ashley Parker
For many years I have been walking in shame and condemnation because of my past. Since i have been praying to be filled with that deep down overwhelming joy that I see so many women have at victory. While on the women’s retreat during worship the lord spoke to me. He told me if I want that true joy I have to start expressing the joy he has already given me.
From this point forward I’m going to sing at the top of my lungs. I’ll dance for the lord every chance possible until I’m completely overtaken with joy. I’ll keep lifting up my voice till i don’t remember the things of my past.
