“Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song unto the LORD, and spake, saying, I will sing unto the LORD, for he hath triumphed gloriously: The horse and his rider hath he thrown into the sea. The LORD is my strength and song, And he is become my salvation: He is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; My father’s God, and I will exalt him. The LORD is a man of war: The LORD is his name.” Exodus‬ ‭15:1-3‬ ‭ Ok full drama post! Last Sunday my husband returned to the pulpit after being out for 3 weeks. In the 42 years we have pastored he has never missed this much. He shared about his God encounter. The words fisherman keeps resounding in our spirit so much that I see harvest everywhere! Fields of clovers become people, waves at the lake promise me fish, wind blows whispering hope, rains drops wash away the years …“The horse and rider he has thrown into the sea!”So silly but keep reading—For the month of May I got the petit garden of the month in my subdivision (I don’t belong to the garden club). As you know winter was pretty brutal I cut back my roses and other plants not knowing what to expect. In the light of the past few weeks there was no tending the garden!! The thing is no matter what your winter season brings—spring comes bringing its determined growth. Despite our weaknesses he always comes! He brings the dead things back to life-it’s the story of redemption my friend. Just overwhelmed at his love ❤️ and our precious Victory Church!
