“But He holds His priesthood permanently, because He continues forever. Consequently, He is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.” -Hebrews 7:24-25

In 2016, I remember all of the doors closing around me as I kept running away from the call of God in my life. My family was done with me, I barely had any friends, and my choices of sin weren’t as fun anymore. I could sense the Holy Spirit was wooing me to go into Mary’s Song, and He promised me this time going into a restoration center would be different. There was such an overwhelming peace when I finally surrendered my will to God when I decided to go to Mary’s Song. After all, He predestined me for adoption to Himself according to the purpose of His will (Ephesians 1:5). When I felt rejected, He was interceding on my behalf for my heart to know that I was accepted in the Beloved (Ephesians 1:6). When I felt unloved and unworthy, He was interceding for me to truly know God’s love that has been poured into my heart through the Holy Spirit that has been given to me (Romans 5:5). When I would swing on the swings outside when I arrived at Mary’s Song, I could feel the tender love of my Father as I sang out to Him. The pure, unadulterated love and communion between a father and His precious daughter. The glory was all over that holy moment as my friends said they looked over in awe of a child completely trusting and loving her Father. This was just the beginning of my beautiful redemption story….. Check out this quote from Andrew Murray:

“Without ceasing, there streams forth from Him to the Father the prayer of His love for everyone, and every need of those that belong to Him; His very person and presence is that prayer, so closely and so inseparably is He identified with those He calls His brethren. And without ceasing, there streams forth to Him from the Father the answer of His good pleasure, and the power of the Holy Spirit, bearing that answer. And even so, without ceasing, there streams forth from Him to each member of His body the grace for timely help.”

The prayers streaming down from the heavenly Minister named Jesus have saved my life in the most timely manner. He continually saves my life to the uttermost. He is eternal, with streams of mercy never ceasing. My favorite prayer He prays over me as He speaks to our Father is before His crucifixion in John 17:13: “But now I am coming to You, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have my joy fulfilled in themselves.” Thank you Jesus for Your unspeakable joy and redemption in my life!
