Pastor Parris Bailey

Pastor Parris Bailey

Executive Director

For over 45 years, Pastor Parris has enjoyed ministering along with her husband while using her sense of humor about life difficulties in her messages.

15 years ago, Pastor Parris founded Mary’s Song Restoration Center, a ministry gathering women of all ages that find themselves unable to cope with their life through substance abuse or life traumas.

Her four children are grown and raising families of their own. Micah their youngest son serves as Audio and Video Manager at Victory; Nathaniel as Vice Principal of Victory Christian Academy as well as the Dean of Bethesda College. Their daughter Grace is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, in Lafayette and her eldest son Jeremy holds a doctorate in Political science and presently serves as the Director of the Institute for American Constitutional Heritage at the Oklahoma University. They have a total of five grandchildren with two step grands. The two oldest grands are attending their first year in college. Pastor Parris loves it when they are all able to meet up for special occasions.

She and Pastor Frank love the great outdoors and spending as much time as they can camping, biking, running and exploring State Parks with their dog.

Her greatest challenge is being that “gentle and quiet spirit”!
