Mary’s Song Restoration Center for Women

About the Program

Mary’s Song Restoration Center for Women is a free drug and alcohol rehab located in Metairie, Louisiana for women who struggle with drug and alcohol addictions as well as other life-controlling problems. We are a faith based Christ centered program and are committed to equipping the women we serve to find freedom from addictive behaviors, become emotionally healthy, physically well and spiritually alive.

Mary’s Song reaches out to people from all backgrounds, with particular emphasis on those rebuilding their lives after incarceration. Mary’s Song is a non-profit organization and relies entirely on the generous donations, funding and volunteer efforts of both individuals and organizations throughout our community. Mary’s Song firmly believes that community involvement and support is an essential component of recovery and necessary in providing services that address the specific needs of the communities involved.

We are extremely grateful to the many volunteers from churches, community organizations, and other countries. Without these volunteers, Mary’s Song would have been just a dream. Week after week, workers and volunteers are showing up with the desire to help where help is needed. We have had daily meals prepared for us, a beautifully planted vegetable garden, new flooring in the offices, and a brand new car.

Financial support for Mary’s Song has come from far and wide — mostly through donations. Though we continue to enjoy the blessing of these donations, the students participating in the Mary’s Song Program will raise finances by cleaning venues such as the Airline Campus of Victory Fellowship. This also provides them with necessary work experience as our goal is to train them to re-enter society as productive citizens with a passion for Christ.
