Intentional – done deliberately, or by design. This was my word initially, but the Lord soon led me from this word to the word trust. The definition of the word trust is the assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something. A second definition is one in which confidence is placed.
Our god is intentional when it comes to dealing with his children, and taking care of us. He finishes what he starts. There will be no loose ends when it comes to Jesus. I need to take this word into 2024 and keep it in my heart. If I continue to do that then I will learn to trust him more and more. I’m weary of worrying about life. He’s calling me to step out, to let go, to let him lead me. I’m ready to do that. I’m ready to take God at his word. Because he is faithful, and unchanging.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go. I will counsel and watch over you.
