Treatment Process

Foundation Of Faith In Jesus Christ

Mary’s Song is a six month faith based residential drug rehabilitation program. Our program, consists of three phases total in which the women receive a foundation of faith in Jesus Christ, equipping them with the necessary life skills to become productive members of society.

Entry Phase | 6 Month Duration

Includes:

  • 6 Months of Group Studies
  • 3 Contracts
  • Daily Worship & Prayer
  • Daily Bible Reading
  • Weekly Counseling
  • Weekly Church Attendance
  • Cleaning Facilities Nightly
  • Kitchen Rotation

Privileges:

  • 3 Phone Calls a Week
    (2 Calls, 1 Facetime)
  • Bi-Weekly Visitation (after 30 days)
  • Written Letters Upon Entry
  • 1st pass (12 hours)- 2.5months (1.5 contract completed)
  • 2nd pass (24 hours)- 5months (Completing Final Contract)

After the student has completed the Esther Phase she can elect to enroll in our Lydia Program for an additional 6 months. Mothers can elect to enroll into our Hannah Program and possibly be reunited with their children.

Second Phase | 6 Months in Duration

Includes:

  • 6 Months of Group Studies
  • 3 Contracts
  • Daily Worship & Prayer
  • Daily Bible Reading
  • Weekly Counseling
  • Weekly Church Attendance
  • Weekly Bible Study
  • Completion of GED/Enrolling in College (Bethesda or Delgado)
  • Internship in area of interest (i.e. Children’s, Youth, YA, Office, etc.) – Until they get a Job
  • Health & Exercise
  • Creating Resume
  • Interview Training
  • Cleaning Facilities Nightly
  • Budget Planning (paying of debts, properly handling money)

Privileges:

  • 3 Phone Calls a Week
    (2 Calls, 1 Facetime)
  • Bi-Weekly Visitation
  • Written Letters Upon Entry
  • 1st pass (24 hours)- 2.5 months (1.5 contract completed)
  • 2nd pass (48 hours)- 5 months (Finishing up final contract)
  • Sitting outside of Mary’s Song section within the church
  • Applying for outside jobs- 3.5 months
  • Cell Phone- 3.5 months
    (Students are required to turn in phone at night. Students are not permitted to use phone during church or class.)

After the student has completed the Lydia Phase she can elect to enroll in our Debra Program for an additional 6 months.

Transition Phase | 6 months in duration

  • Weekly Bible Study
  • Weekly Church Attendance
  • Monthly Accountability Meetings
  • Health & Exercise
  • Budget Accountability
  • Apartment
  • Job
  • Monthly Group Meetings
