CHANGED

“I give praise to my king! By His might he fills me more and more with His presence. Daily He renews me and molds me to be more and more in His image.  When I think of Him and all He has done in me this last month all I can express is 1 Timothy 1:13-17: ‘Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst.  But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.’

I am in awe of the person I was and the child I am now, the servant I have been called to be, the masterpiece made by His divine power.  He has healed the broken parts of me, taken away pain, broken chains, scattered soul ties, instilled boundaries, given self-worth, provided wisdom, softened my heart, opened my eyes, cleaned my ears, took control of my tongue, and gave me power over my mind. I cannot put into words all of the endless things He has blessed me with. I could never repay such love, all I can do is devote and offer everything to Him. Each day He gives me more of a desire to do so. I pray this love falls down like a storm on everyone the Lord seeks for, especially my family.”
